Third time’s the charm🍀
Hurry up and wait. Hurry up and wait. And then wait some more! I’ve been in this process for close to a year, it’s hard to believe that! Around this time last year was when I finally made the decision to do this, and started researching agencies. Since I first started this journey, it’s been a whole lot of hurry up and wait. You hurry to get paperwork done, then you have to wait, what seems a lifetime. Then you have to wait to be matched, which seems to take even longer! Then you hurry to get medical records and then you have to wait to be cleared, then you hurry to get the legal stuff together and signed, just to wait some more! But let me tell you something. All of this waiting is very much worth it. Nothing in life comes easy. If this has taught me anything so far, it’s patience, and a lot of it!
